I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ralph Lauren (Round Rock, TX) in Oct 2012
Interview
It was during the holiday seasonal round up and the store was undergoing a lot of change. New GM. Hiring manager out for family reasons. So they did the best they could during a challenging time, but it was not as smooth as it is now. We did 2 group interviews and all of us were offered positions. 7 months later there are only 2 holiday hires left.
