I had three interviews that were very conversational. The first was with a recruiter and then I had another with the VP of the department and hiring manager. The interviews took about 4 weeks and all went great and they stated I was an excellent candidate and I would know the following week whether they were going forward with my application, or not. After two weeks of waiting, I had not heard from anyone at RL. I emailed the hiring manager and the recruiter and didn't hear from them for 2 weeks. Then, they emailed me that the hiring process was still in progress, but I was a strong candidate and they would be in touch. Regardless of the outcome, they said they would always email perspective candidates. After 6 weeks and multiple follow-ups, I never heard back and was completely ghosted. I felt like they unnecessarily kept me hanging on for weeks as I was eager to have the opportunity to interview. An email stating they had decided to move on with someone else, would have been more professional.
