I had an initial review with the recruiter, then another with the Hiring Manager. At the end of the interview the Hiring Manager said she wanted to move me to the next stage but I would have to wait for 2 weeks whilst they completed this round of interviews. I didn't hear anything back and chased for weeks on end. The recruiter completely ignored my emails as did the Hiring Manager. When I finally got a response, the recruiter said she was only looking after the role for a colleague and it had been filled. Completely unprofessional experience for such a big brand. If the interview process is anything to go by, it's clear that the company is in disarray and has no regard for it's employees or respect for their time.
