1st few stages went well - took quite a whole to get feedback/through to next stage got to final interview where i presented marketing ideas. After this they ghosted me after a few chases. Finally found out from a friend in the company the hiring manager chose a friend for the position.
The interview went very well and she was very friendly. The interviewer was clear and made me feel at ease.
We were able to discuss what the job expectations were and how I could fit into it.
