The interview process at Ralph Lauren was professional and efficient, involving a brief phone screening followed by an in-person interview focused on customer service skills, retail experience, and availability. Also, questions were asked about skills strengths and potential scenarios of customer interactions.
The store manager asked for introduction first and asked some questions regarding to previous experiences. They were quiet kind and explained the main responsibilities of the role and a short description of their ideal candidates.
