I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ramp (Miami, FL) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview process was 4 rounds, one initial phone call, one with cx manager, one with with cx leadership, operations and final with operations. The interviewers were friendly, professional and pretty straightforward.
Ok, the pre-interview process consists of a video and a test, both online. For some odd reason, I received twice the video invite to answer 3 questions. I went ahead with the testing part. It was truly smooth - still waiting on a response.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ramp (New York, NY) in Apr 2026
Interview
Application then there’ll be an ai interviewer with few questions + assessment and if you passed then you’ll be interviewed by their in house recruiter. I got rejected but overall experience wasn’t too bad, She asked about your experiences & customer experience scenarios. There would’ve been 3 more interviews after that. The following day I got the update email that I won’t be moving forward to the next round. Kinda sad because it would’ve been a great opportunity to work at Ramp.
