They have a fairly new team and the entire time, the manager asked me about the different types of activities we do in alliances. They seem to be fishing for ways to better run their department. I’d be careful sharing too much with these guys. Ask questions but don’t tell them what activities you’re doing to get those results.

What types of activities do you do to uncover new opportunities? They basically ask this same question over and over again, asking gut details on how you accomplish these tasks.
