      GTM Associate Interview

      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ramp (New York, NY)

      Interview

I applied online and spoke to a recruiter and hiring manager. They asked rather general questions about my background and were very nice and responsive. They never went into detail about what they were looking for with the role other than saying many folks on the team were highly credentialed. Because of the lack of inform it was hard to position myself or understand if I’d be a good fit. I think they need to be a little more clear about the ideal profile, especially with candidates who check all the boxes on the job rec. In general I have good things to say about the company and folks I interacted with.
