Interview
I applied online and received a call from the HR department less than a week later. A phone interview was scheduled and the process was continued. I was given details about the job, the company and the culture as well as documentation about expectations. As the process moved forward, I received a coding task to complete in GitHub. I was amazed at the professionalism and communication of this organization during the interview process. My experience was extremely positive, more organizations need to adapt an interview model similar to Ramsey Solutions.
