Interview
They are very lengthy and selective with their interview process, but it wasn't exactly difficult. I think they are looking for personality types rather than specific skill set, which is unique (and I appreciated).
The interview process went nearly 2 months. I had a initial phone screen with HR, then had a phone call with one person, another phone call with that person's boss and finally a video interview with a third person. They interview spouses as a last interview, which was next for me.
I also had to take a DISC test to measure my personality. I scored average in the D category, and I think they are looking for people with high D scores. As a fan of Ramsey, I was excited, but the further I got into the interview process, it seemed like the company is a bit too corporate for me. Everyone I spoke with seemed nice enough, but definitely had a "cult like" vibe that some of the reviewers refer to. The compensation/salary ballpark that we discussed was extremely low. Can't comment on the benefits, I didn't get that far.

Interview
The interview process was enjoyable about 4 or 5 steps in. It was until I revealed I was a single dad that things took a very sharp turn. When I disclosed this information, the interview questions turned from job focused to very short small talk and would be met with a notice that I won't be moving forward shortly after.
