Very good and thorough. Exactly like everyone says. My only problem was they pride themselves on being through and well thought out. However, when it came to telling me I wasn’t the one, I got a super short email at 8pm. I would have appreciated a bit more due to the investment I had made up to that point.
This summer I interviewed with the Ramsey Solutions team for a Project Manager position but ultimately decided to pivot as I was not ready to commit to working onsite. After spending the last 2 years overseas working remotely for my own company, I chose to remove myself from the process.
Otherwise, I recommend applying for Ramsey Solutions. I have heard positive feedback about working here and enjoyed meeting with multiple leaders from the team. If you are local to the Nashville or Franklin area, go for it.

They want to know that you can actually do the job, so be prepared for an assessment and homework.
It was spread out over a few weeks and they made it really tough to get a sense of the company and culture. It was a very 1-sided process. Besides that, it just had a strange feel that put a bad taste in my mouth. I withdrew my application.
