Interview
The process let me as a candidate get a strong sense of the company and the role. It was important to Ramsey that I interview them and get an in-depth perspective on leadership, the culture and what winning looks like. I was encouraged to ask any and all questions to help me in my decision to join the team. I rated the interview as difficult not as a negative, but because the process is so thorough. It’s a longer process than some may be accustomed to, however at the end of it, both Ramsey and the candidate should be very sure about the decision. I love how I was encouraged to interview them as much as they were interviewing me.

The parts I experienced were about what you'd expect. But the interview and hire timeline didn't work with my timeline, so I withdrew from the process after a couple rounds.
