Initial interview happened the day after I applied, which was the very same day as the job posting. Was told by the young woman that this would be a long and in depth process that was necessary to vet candidates properly :). Interviewed very well, questions were all postured around previous experience etc until we got to some questions that I have never been asked before but I already knew about from research. How does your faith impact your finances? Those types of questions, as well as asking questions about sex and if I was a liberal or conservative more or less and was I following modern Christian or conservative values of the GOP. I was offered to move to next round and to take an assessment at home, along with a mandatory 1 hour session of Ramsey University to do with my wife. This process is where you get the awesome opportunities to pay for the apps the video will mention, you're a jobseeker after all and since youre looking you must need some financial assistance! I digress. I completed this portion on a Friday which quickly turned into a Monday interview with hiring manager. Lots more faith based questions, only a few pertaining to the position or actuall day to day job requirements. No mention of my assessment which I can only assume was unimpeachable. They really want to know that when you go to help these guys, youre not going to get offended by their own boisterous opinions or guns on their hip lines. FF to yesterday afternoon with the nice 20 something calling me to tell me I wasnt selected because someone was further along in the process, which was never mentioned, meaning they hired someone internally and were just going thru the have-to's of their policy wasting everyones time whom applied, and tanking their own integrity. This place is just like any other. They'll abandon their principles and justify them on a whim, which may be their real code. In the end, I believe they posts jobs and decline people just get more potential customers :/
