Very smooth process, I met with the interviewer plus two people from the business I would be seconded at. Interview was very easy but then it's clear I can do the job which is pretty niche. I declined as there is no enhanced parental leave, which in the UK feels ridiculous. They can't expect to drag top talent from big businesses if they don't even pay for an extra few weeks (which in the grand scheme of a career, is nothing to them).
