given a test via torc. test wasnt too difficult but more time would have been great. i feel the automation of the hiring process is a terribly difficult thing to do, removes the humanity, and harms both employers and employees but filtering out nuance in favor of people who are good at gaming the system.
TL;DR: Really bad experience, they ghosted me after going through two interviews.
I went through an interview process for a large multinational company managed by Randstad. I did two interviews, one with the hiring manager of the multinational company, and one with a talent acquisition specialist of Randstad. Both the interviews were fairly easy as they didn't ask deep technical questions, but rather asked me about my background and past experiences. I got good sensations during the process, especially with the hiring manager as my experience was very relevant to the position (he even mentioned that to me).
However, my overall experience was awful, as they basically stopped contacting me after these two interviews, not even to tell me I that I wasn't selected. I emailed the talent acquisition specialist several times with no response, and after more than a month without any reply I gave up. No one really deserves to be treated like this, especially from a company that works on the "human resources" sector. Don't expect much if you get an interview with Randstad.
