4 stage interview process; 1st stage was a telephone screening, 2nd stage an assessment day completing a range of tasks, 3rd stage was a face to face interview and trial day and 4th stage was an informal coffee with the Head of contract manager.

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture

Was a very quick interview to see my understanding of the role and how I could apply myself and why I wanted the role. Also wanted to gauge how I would fit into the culture

nice people, good questions, happy to answer any questions had as well. good to know about company in good detail. good environment in office too.
