I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Randstad (Singapore) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview was with the director of a specific service and she asked many questions pertaining to personal drive, development, reason behind recruitment but I felt I didn't answer her questions too well.
Despite all of that, she told me to write her an email about how I felt about the process and if I was still interested in recruitment - which I still was and completely aware of how difficult it may be. Unfortunately, since that email - she has not bothered to reply me via email or phone and this has left me feeling very disappointed. I had tried to reach out to her but didn't get a reply either.
She has pointed out that many times in, candidates don't reply them or are not sincere. But in this case, she did not bother to say if I've been accepted or rejected. It is a given that people will not provide a reason but this is pretty disheartening that a director from this recruitment firm of such stature does not back its own words.

Interview
There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There will be scenarios to test your response to rejections from clients and candidates - to get an understanding of how well you respond to rejections/queries in terms of behaviour and tactfulness
Was a very quick interview to see my understanding of the role and how I could apply myself and why I wanted the role. Also wanted to gauge how I would fit into the culture
easy process, 3 stages typically.
nice people, good questions, happy to answer any questions had as well. good to know about company in good detail. good environment in office too.
