I have done 2 rounds and then radio silence. Asked for an update and was told I had to wait another week for the Hiring Manager to come back from annual leave nd now it has been a month since my last interview and no update. Very unprofessional
They ghosted me after three rounds of interviews and collecting all my personal data and documents. Everyone from leadership to recruiters, offer management team to onboarding team collectively ghosted.
It was extremely unprofessional.
