Interview
The first stage of the recruitment process is to submit a video interview. Once that is sent through, if you proceed to the next stage they arrange a face to face interview with HR. The next stage is to have an interview with the hiring manager. Additionally, they ask for references before proceeding. They were very prompt and quick with feedback.

They look for people who have a high level of customer service skills (with relevant experience), who have an interest in HR and namely recruitment, and who at the same time are willing to work with sales targets in a faced paced, competitive environment. All the questions related to those above points.

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture
