Long with many different steps, and an outdated SHL psychometric test. Seems like the process could have been shorter with a better experience. I found some steps were redundant, and not necessary.

First contact was via telephone, we talked a little bit about my profile and the job position and then there was a video interview in which I had to record myself answering some questions. After that there was another video interview.
