Interview
I was contacted by a Randstad recruiter requesting an initial 30 minute phone call interview. However, on the day of the interview I never received the phone call. I took a good chunk out of my day waiting for the call as I thought she was just running behind and eventually reached out to said recruiter via email. She then replied saying I wasn’t qualified and she didn’t want to waste my time. To make matters worse she also lied about contacting me regarding this. If you didn’t want to waste my time why wouldn’t you reach out to me? Why did I have to be the one to reach out? Why would you lie about reaching out instead of being transparent and honest? Also, I am positive that I meet the job qualifications as I have years of successful recruiting experience and technical recruiting certifications. As a recruiter, I know that the way the whole process was handled was just completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

4 round of interview , normal method of hiring, normal questions you can expect, no test was required, they described a longterm perspective for employment , normal bonuses , regular client base with potential new ones
