I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Randstad US (Austin, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
Overall a super chill experience. They texted me to see if I was still interested. Then, I had a phone screen, and then an in-person interview with the recruiter. She asked me why I was interested in the position, and also walked me through what the position was and what the scheduling was like. No friction at all, very amicable person.
It was great a lot of great questions and they discussed the benifits and how much u can earn and many more with learning new things as well. With more questions and doesn’t matter your experience
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Randstad US (Farmingdale, NY) in Jul 2015
Interview
They called me in for an interview a day after I applied and hired me the same day. It seemed like they were looking to hire anyone. Once I got to the office, they had me fill out preliminary paper work and found me a location and company to work for within minutes.
