I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Randstad US (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2013
Interview
Pretty standard, though much faster than your typical temp process. Recruiter, followed by case manager, then client meeting. It was a mass hiring but surprisingly efficient. Case manager was very personable.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad US (Bothell, WA) in May 2015
Interview
Two rounds of interviews. Straight forward questioning, with two separate managers in short timed interviews. Questions focused on exploring your background and ability to solve problems associated with the job. Questions varied between applicants but typically one question question was more abstract and required a bit of quick thinking to derive an acceptable answer. Enjoyable interview process and nothing to become stressed about.
