It was all over the phone and internet. Rarely was anything in person. There were two phone interviews, an internet interview, rushed to fill out paperwork, and they don't allow you enough time to read the fine print.
The interview process was simple. The recruiter called and set up a Zoom meeting with the hiring manager. Following the interview, the manager chose me as the person to hire.

Recruiter reached out via linkedin. Scheduled phone call for the next day. It was a veryeasy screening phone call and questionnaire with Randstad recruiter followed by in person interview with hiring team.
