I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Randstad US (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Taking with the recruiter over the phone, then with the VP, after that a job shadow with the team through video chat. It was okay, I felt that the job shadowing interview was pretty dull as the interviewer seemed to sale me the job other than having a conversation.
Two interviews one virtual one with manager on site. I was asked about my previous experience and why interested in staffing. I was told about the standards of the position but not in depth regarding metrics, kpis, or performance requirements.
Interview process was for an interview to review experience and knowledge pertaining to the job and company with the interviewers. Well coordinated and easy to answer questions. Very well put together and great
I had someone reach out on linked in and I had 1 interview over the phone and another in person - interviews were basic and pretty easy. They asked about my experience with recruiting.
