They call you and complete an over the phone brief interview, then you're emailed an online personality test.You're told you'll hear back shortly. Its been 6wks and I haven't heard anything, not even an email from this company thanking me for my interest or for completing the online test.

The temp agency contacted me to let me know they would send my resume to Surewest. They first sent me 4 tests to complete which I passed which consisted of typing, excel, windows and a customer service test. They skipped the phone interview all together and I had a face to face interview with two lovely woman that lasted about an hour. It was very enjoyable for a job interview.
