Initial phone interview was one of the nicest I've ever experienced. The position was reviewed and questions I had answered thoroughly. The rest of the interview was conversational in tone and very pleasant.

The interview process consisted of multiple stages. First, there was an initial screening interview where the recruiter asked general questions about my background, experience, and availability. This was mainly to see if I was a good fit for the role.

“One key question they asked me was how I handle a frustrated customer. They wanted to understand my communication skills and how I stay calm under pressure. I explained that I listen carefully, show empathy, and focus on finding a solution while keeping the conversation professional.
The job interview process was typical . They ask about you and the experience that you have and give you a job description of the job . Overall easy and simple . Hirring manager was nice and respectful
