Met with sales reps and two regional managers. Thought I had the job, but was told they hired someone with staffing experience. Would love to work here though. The con is that the recruiter never followed up with me at all, never returned my e-mails or phone call.

Why sales and how does it relate to your experience?
In person for the 3rd round. Very laid back and easy to talk to. For the first round interview, it was online and chill just getting to know who I am and what my pas work history is
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Randstad US
Interview
I got Asked to interview and expected it to be on camera. I came prepared on camera and early while the hiring manager came on via phone only and late. He seemed like a horrible mentor and teacher and actually didn’t even ask me any questions. He just told me about the job (which the recruiter had already done) and fluffed himself up a little bit. I left the interview knowing for sure this wasn’t going to be a fit for me and the culture seems like it’s very antiquated and a boys club.
