Group interview with about 10 people. It was horrible, the interviewer already knew who they were choosing before the interview and showed this also. The interviewer came in with a jersey and jeans on and was running about 30mins late. It was very unprofessional for such a huge company that was hiring.

The interview process consisted of multiple stages. First, there was an initial screening interview where the recruiter asked general questions about my background, experience, and availability. This was mainly to see if I was a good fit for the role.

“One key question they asked me was how I handle a frustrated customer. They wanted to understand my communication skills and how I stay calm under pressure. I explained that I listen carefully, show empathy, and focus on finding a solution while keeping the conversation professional.
The job interview process was typical . They ask about you and the experience that you have and give you a job description of the job . Overall easy and simple . Hirring manager was nice and respectful

Two interviews, one with the agent one with the client. These were both on video calls. Once was Google Meet, once was Zoom.
The agent sent an email with a guideline on the kind of questions to expect and it was very helpful.
