I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Raymond James Financial (Saint Petersburg, FL)
Interview
Applied online and was contacted by recruiter. They went on to ask very generic questions, what would you employer say of you, what was brought up in your performance reviews, etc. No information was given about the company or position until I asked.
I interviewed at Raymond James Financial (Ottawa, ON)
Interview
Amazing, it was smooth and very reasonable, just didn't get the job. They processed my application within a week and updated me on the way and told me what i needed more on my resume
Short phone interview followed by a zoom interview. Very professional, did ask some technical questions. Three or four people on the zoom call, took about 30 minutes. It felt like they actually cared, it wasnt just a time waster interview.
