(FT off cycle) 3 rounds and a super day. First round was a 15-30 minute phone with an analyst, super chill, didn't really even talk about finance/the job. second round was a 2 on 1. easy technicals from the guide. after that was a superday at their DC office

The interview process was straight froward. I applied on the website. I had one HR screening call followed by two rounds of interviews virtually -- both had an associate and VP. The super day was in person and consisted of 6 rounds of back to back, 30 minute interviews with different team members ranging from analysts to MD.
