The process was straightforward and relaxed. The interviewer asked mostly behavioral questions focused on teamwork, problem solving, and initiative. One example was describing a time I handled a task beyond my experience level and how I adapted and overcame it. The interviewer was friendly and explained the role and next steps clearly.
