Interview
The interview process was straight forward. I submitted my resume through the BEYA (Black Engineer of the Year Award) conference and was hired on the spot. I fly to Washington DC where the conference was being held. I was determined to get a position and I made it happen.

How do you handle tough situations?
How did you handle a group project were one of the group members didn't want to participate?
It was very straightforward, it was a one round interview with all behavioral questions and a resume review. Just be on time and try to connect with the interviewer and it was overall a very seamless experience.
I did on campus recruiting event and had great conversations with the recruiter. Overall was about 30 minutes and mostly questions about my projects and behavioral questions. Had a very good experience at that interview.

Interview
I applied through a referral link, and after 10 days they replied and asked for my interview time availability. Gave them two weeks availability and they scheduled the interview 4 days after replying. The interview was over zoom with a panel of managers.
