The interview process was quick and straightforward. It consisted of an initial video interview with a project owner and HR representative. The second interview was with a few tech leads where they gained knowledge of the interviewee's existing familiarity and then open-ended questions about working processes.

Expect standard behavioral questions along with technical discussions assessing C/C++ proficiency. No timed LeetCode-style coding tests. Interviewers emphasize problem-solving approach, reasoning, debugging methodology, and communication skills over memorized answers or trivia.

Questions about team communication from managerial and subordinate points of view.
Interviewers were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The recruitment team was extremely efficient extending an offer letter roughly 48 hours after submitting an application. Recruitment team scheduled my interview within 36 hours of submitting my application.
It was a simple panel style interview with three interviewers. They asked about projects on my resume and a few questions regarding the programming languages specific to the job description.
