Streamlined, engaging, nice. Good questions were asked. Technical and personality type questions. Partly over the phone and partly in person. Brief tour of facility. Few panel members. Time to talk about myself and add anything I wanted.

The interview process was professional and structured. The interview ask me about engineering experience, previous projects. and problems solving. they discuss teamwork how i handle. The interview is easy and focus on both technical and behavioral.
The interview process was nice and simple. They discussed my past experiences and leadership roles. They described the job role and asked how my skills, technical and personal, fit the role and work culture.
Tough tough tough. It wasn’t that long of an interview though. Just asked basic behavioral questions and that was it. It was for an entry level job so it probably wasn’t meant to be difficult.
