VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Told me a offer notification deadline , pushed it out two more weeks, then never contacted me.Interview was terrible experience. On paper the look like they want to serve and provide opportunity, but reviews and experience have proved otherwise.
Great culture from the interviewer. They were knowledgeable of the core values of Republic Schools. The environment made you comfortable. You could easily show your strengths. Great administrative team! Strive for excellence!
The process was long do to demo lessons and the multiple interviewers. There was an interview with principal, assistant principal, talent director, and your content coach. It was a smooth process.
