Reading Partners Literacy Tutor interview questions

Last week I applied and got a call the next day! I've had a phone interview sk far that lasted about 15-20 minutes. It was pretty quick, my representative was kind and made it a nice experience.

There was a 20 minute telephone interview. They asked basic questions about yourself, your past experiences teachings, and what your goals are. During the phone interview I was told that I would be placed in a school near my home. I was offered a position about 3 weeks later.
