Interview
I was contacted through a recruiter. The process was outlined as quick since the company is growing 'fast' You get a take home project to work on with your own Github repo. You are allowed up to 7 days to work on it and are encouraged to develop a thorough project with testing and nice UI. I spent about 8-10 hours on the project and polished it up well. Project was submitted in 2 days. I did not hear anything back except for a canned response. This process is extremely disrespectful to candidates time. If you ask someone to put in this much effort for an interview a canned response is extremely rude. Do not waste your time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Take home project which has to include tests. You are allowed 7 days to complete.
Recruiter screen followed by a lengthy take home project with vague requirements. Prepare to be ghosted after dedicating significant time into the project. One of the worst interview experiences I've encountered but it is probably for the best as they're looking for a single US dev to manage a team of outsourced devs.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Real in Nov 2023
Interview
Another victim of a failed interview process. Started out with a quick phone screen with the "recruiter" and went directly into the coding assignment. I completed the assignment and went above and beyond the requirements within 3 days of receiving it. No feedback, no call, and my coding assignment is still in "awaiting review" status. I was denied before they even looked at it. Stay away from this absolute nightmare of a company.

Interview
Echoing the reviews already here. After a brief recruiter phone call I was given a take home coding assignment revolving around the github users API. The default time was 7 days but the recruiter suggested they wanted to make a decision soon and that I should try to complete it within 3 days. The assignment involved some basic actions around API fetching and data display but included highly nebulous additional reqs like making it "production ready" and that styling would be "low to moderately rated" without style guidelines or mockups. I completed the assignment within 1 day to ensure time and was rejected without reason several days later. No feedback or even a call, just template email. Felt like a total waste of time and the recruiter suggested that the final team structure of a couple of stateside lead FE devs to corral 20+ Indian devs sounds like a clownshow. I suggest avoiding.
