      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Real (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2024

      I got a call from recruiter for initial screening, they do the usual questions about experience based on my resume. Next they send a take home with very ambiguous description, the objective was to make the failing test pass with production ready code, they grade the code on the following areas - Code Readability - Code Structure - Code Extensibility - Solution Accuracy - Solution Efficiency Took 3 days to finish code making sure documented properly and paying attention to the areas they mentioned on the README file, I have to ask recruiter for feedback a week after I submitted my code, then got an email saying that after post code review by their engineering team I didn't meet the cut, followed by some "detailed" feedback which didn't solve my questions (was my grade out of 3? out of 5? 10?). I would have expect it to have a chance to explain the design decisions and defend my code but no
