Real Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process I went through was well organized, showing how dedicated the company is to quality and thoroughness. It started with a take home test that was clear and insightful aiming to see how well I could write code at a production level. Then during my interview we talked about the project I had completed. They asked me to add a feature there on the spot to see how well I could adapt and solve problems. After that I had an in depth discussion with the VP of Engineering. We focused more on system architecture than coding challenges which let me show off my understanding of larger systems and strategic thinking. The final stage was when I got to meet both the CTO and the Head of Product. This meeting was really helpful as it gave me a look, into the company’s goals, culture and upcoming challenges. All the interview process wasn't just thorough but also reflected the high standards and supportive atmosphere of the company.
