Unprepared interviewer. He had not even looked at my resume before, did not understand what I did at my last job after explaining it 3 times. I got the impression he really did not want to talk to me in the first place.

Interview
Pre-interview screening was very professional and I enjoyed speaking with the HR representative. Interview consisted of a manager drawing pictures on camera and never looking up. I could see the picture drawing. Seemed rather unprofessional.
