I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Reckitt
Interview
1) Online tests with logics and English test.
2) HR Interview: questions about my background, why RB, check my English level, and a small business case.
3) Interview with managers: assessment centre with the Category Managers, where I had to prepare and present a business case (30 min preparation).
I received an offer the following week.
Average interview with basic questions related to career overview and what are your goals for the future and current plans. Why do you want to work here etc. list of you strengths and weaknesses points and where do you see yourself in the future
Had an interview with the HR and a Head of E-commerce in Milan. Honestly, It was a pretty disappointing experience. They seemed really out of touch and didn't have much knowledge about the role, which is quite unusual for a international company. Plus, they didn't show much interest during the interview for the candidate.
It was clear they didn't really understand the challenges of the job or how the team would be structured. Makes me wonder how prepared they are for bringing new people on board.
Got a two sentences email after a month telling that they were going to proceed with another candidate
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work for a Brand (client-side) after many years in the agency-side?
The numeric and reasoning assessments were quite easy and intuitive. The video interview invite came in rather late. Other than that im unsure as to what they look for but it is mostly personality and situation based questions during the interview.
