Reckitt interview questions

1st interview was with HR – 45 minutes (HR was amazing throughout the whole process). 2nd round was with the Managers – 1 hour. There was no introduction to the role, so be ready for questions right away. The first 45 minutes felt more like university exam questions rather than real-life or behavioral questions. However, the second manager from Poland was very nice and asked questions that allowed me to talk about my experience and explain how I handled situations.

O processo foi rápido, entrevista direto com a gestão e posteriormente com a gerencia. Infelizmente não houve nenhum feedback final simplesmente a mensagem final de agradecimento pela participação no processo seletivo.
