Interview
O processo seletivo é bem dinamico,é claro que os gestores querem pessoas bem simpaticas que conversam bastante e realmente falem da marca, o processo dura o dia todo e tem o teste drive no final pra saber se as candidatas sabem mesmo dirigir, eles disponibilizam um lanche pelo o processo durar mais de 6 horas. A maioria do processo é feita em grupo e também tem a entrevista individual.
I completed the online application first, filling out forms etc. then got invited to a group interview in the head office. I then got a phone call a few weeks after
First I had to do a video interview where I answered questions and recorded myself, then a phone call and finally an in person interview. The in person interview was casual but they asked many questions and seemed to really want to get to know your personality.

Long interview process, but questions were not super hard. You start with a test, then you send in a video interview followed by two more interviews. They want to see if you fit the company culture and have the communication skills for the job.
