All interviews were scheduled fast and response given timely. Good screening experience and management interviews with behavioral questions asked.
Final panel interview process with the leadership team was obscure as managers talked negatively about previous employees in that role - setting a strange tone at the very start of the panel interview. The method used was to play good cop, bad cop with two business leaders asking questions to me as the interview candidate. Albeit there was no surprise about the content of the questions asked, the way of leading the conversation left a bitter taste of what might be their day to day culture. I.e. one manager playing bad cop, would take the position of all he heard made no sense – rudely interrupting, repeating the question unnecessarily to artificially create a hostile environment and test resilience. Overall it was obvious that they just wanted to test the behavior in a tough environment so went through it and could address all points, but didn´t feel like I am in professional environment where educated adults can lead constructive conversations no matter what the obstacle might be without being exposed to hostility.
Phone interview, last about 30 minutes, asked some intro questions and then I was able to ask questions at the end. Questions overall weren’t too hard, just went into previous experience etc

After nearly a month of silence, I got called back from the recruiter, saying that the feedback was exceptional for the role, but unfortunately, meanwhile they changed the profile they were looking for.
