I had a screening call and two 30 minute interviews with progressively senior marketing employees. I enjoyed the interviews! Everyone was courteous, asked engaging questions, and seemed interested in my candidacy. After my first interview, I didn't hear anything until I reached out to the recruiter, who responded to schedule a second interview. Two weeks after my second interview, I reached out to the recruiter and received no response. I emailed two weeks later and also never received a response, and no updates on the portal. Four weeks after that, I logged onto the portal and saw I was no longer under consideration. While I was disappointed I did not get the role, I was more disappointed that my inquiries regarding the status of my application (after three recruiting touch points) did not receive a response.
