HR call, Hiring Manager interview, Panel interview (with 3 different Manager/ Directors). This is the common path when applying to Red Hat. For every phase, I had to be constantly remembering to HR that I was still interested in the process and begging for the next round date. It seems they didn't really care about me on the process and they didn't even communicate with me. There was no transparency on salary neither of working 100% remotely after covid. I made through all the rounds and nobody said me anything so, the following weeks I asked HR about my candidature and they didn't even reply to me. Finally, they told me that my position was finally filled with someone from a different continent... On my experience, I truly believe they were waiting to hire someone cheaper. Horrible experience, total lack of communication and a full waste of time.
