how would you react when a client has a very poorly designed project, and they won't accept your criticism?
Well defined process and takes place on Blue jeans their web conferencing tool. For my position had 3 rounds. Recruiter communicated well. Number of rounds and process will change from team to team . But you will have atleast one Technical round.
The company really cares about open source, having a couple projects in open source surely helps. The interviewers were friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions, I enjoyed the process.
