Applied Oct 25. Spoke with the recruiter for the initial screening call. Moved to the 2nd round meeting with hiring manager. Moved to 3rd round which consisted of 4 separate 30 minute interviews instead of a single 30 minute panel interview. Final round was to talk with the hiring manager again, after which I was ghosted. Process took 2 months and they don't even have the courtesy of letting an applicant who made it to the final round know what's up.
