I was contacted by a recruiter less than a week after applying. After some back and forth exchange, a phone screener was scheduled for the following week with the recruiter.
I was disappointed with the phone screening process as I was only provided with one general question about myself and experience while answering various yes or no questions. The recruiter appeared to be very rushed and somewhat annoyed. The phone call lasted under 5 minutes which I found very unusual as I have never had such a short phone screener with no real dialogue.

How they score you is really unclear. From what I could gather they had about a 20% offer rate to final round candidates.
